I paid for their services and stayed in communication with them throughout the entire process of turning myself in. When I called around 9 PM to let them know I was ready ro be picked up the male person who answered hung up on me. Apparently, I wasn’t important enough, because Katie left me sitting in jail all night and didn’t come to get me until almost lunchtime the next day—long after I had already arranged everything. They advertise being open 24 hours, but I was told they don’t get anyone out after 10 PM. If that’s the case, why claim 24-hour service at all? It makes no sense and is very misleading. If you do decide to use them, don’t expect to get bonded out after 5 PM. They’ll make you wait until it’s convenient for them. I met Katie about 10 to 13 years ago when me or my lame squad needed to get out Offer jail. They were always the most reliable bonds place around back then and they still are. They helped me once with an out of state bond way way back. Fast forward 15 years I have not needed her services anymore but bought my first home 2.5 years ago and not long after I bumped into her again this time as a neighbor.
