I paid for their services and stayed in communication with them throughout the entire process of turning myself in. When I called around 9 PM to let them know I was ready ro be picked up the male person who answered hung up on me. Apparently, I wasn’t important enough, because Katie left me sitting in jail all night and didn’t come to get me until almost lunchtime the next day—long after I had already arranged everything. They advertise being open 24 hours, but I was told they don’t get anyone out after 10 PM. If that’s the case, why claim 24-hour service at all? It makes no sense and is very misleading. If you do decide to use them, don’t expect to get bonded out after 5 PM. They’ll make you wait until it’s convenient for them.
